Lettings

We operate a sole agency agreement only. Our lettings fee is 8% plus VAT collected as the rent is paid, reducing to 6% plus VAT after three years of the tenancy have passed.

Lettings and (the best) property management in London.

Our fee is 12% plus VAT (split 6% for letting rent collection and 6% for property management) collected as the rent is paid, reducing to 10% plus VAT (split 4% lettings and 6% rent collection) after three years of the tenancy have passed.

Property management only: 6% plus VAT

Tenancy administration fee.  This includes tenant right to rent checks, at the start of, and throughout the tenancy as required, tenant references, drafting the tenancy agreement, registering the deposit, serving the Prescribed Information, service of safety certification, and How To Rent Guide. £300 plus VAT

Section 13 Notice (to increase rent): £100 plus VAT.

Fees for a tenant of a Non-Housing Act Agreement (Where the tenant is a company / the rent is over £100,000 per year / the landlord lives in the same building):

Tenancy agreement fee: £300 plus VAT

Check-out fee: £250 plus VAT
